Track & Manage Commissions

As a reseller or solution provider you want to offer your customers Cloud solutions that save them money and provide online solutions available from any device. At the same time, you want to make easy for you and your team to earn recurring revenue and track and manage your commission payments.

Many resellers utilize billing and professional service automation (PSA) tools such as Autotask, TigerPaw, ConnectWise or even Quick Books to manage their software sales and customer billing.  With Cloud Apps, products are billed on a recurring basis, mostly on a monthly or quarterly renewal.  With existing PSA systems it becomes very difficult to track and manage customer renewal dates, commission amounts, in-app purchases, sales team commissions and other Cloud App commissions and sales processes.

In-App Purchasing and Downgrades
Another difficult process in tracking and managing commissions with Cloud Apps, your customers may upgrade or downgrade their services within the App.  These “in-app” purchases and downgrades become difficult to track and manage for resellers.

An example of this may be a Cloud App where the customer adds additional users to the system, buys additional storage or purchases an add-on such as Outlook Connector or additional backup service.
